Plan AI is an open-source software platform developed by BLUEBERRYBYTES SERVICES - FZCO, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Plan AI software is distributed under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. You are free to use, modify, and run the software for personal, academic, or non-profit purposes in accordance with the terms of the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0.
Nothing in these Terms restricts or overrides your rights under the PolyForm Noncommercial License. However, by using any hosted versions, official releases, or associated trademarks, you agree to these Terms.
Plan AI operates as a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) system. You are entirely responsible for the configuration, securing, and management of any third-party API keys (e.g., Groq, OpenAI) you use in conjunction with the software.
You agree that BLUEBERRYBYTES SERVICES - FZCO is not responsible for any costs, overages, or data breaches resulting from the misuse, compromise, or over-consumption of your third-party API keys.
You are fully responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the transcripts and audio recordings you process using Plan AI.
Because you host or connect your own data infrastructure, BLUEBERRYBYTES SERVICES - FZCO does not control, monitor, or have access to the content you process. You must ensure you have the necessary consent to record and transcribe participants in your meetings according to your local laws.
Plan AI uses third-party AI models to generate tasks, summaries, and architectural diagrams. AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before relying on it or pushing it to production systems like Jira or Linear.
While the codebase is open-source, the trademarks, logos, and brand identity of "Plan AI" and "BlueberryBytes" are the exclusive property of BLUEBERRYBYTES SERVICES - FZCO and may not be used in commercial products without prior written consent, except as permitted by trademark fair use.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
In no event shall BLUEBERRYBYTES SERVICES - FZCO, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the software, third-party API costs, or reliance on AI-generated output.
