Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 6, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use the Plan AI software, developed by BLUEBERRYBYTES SERVICES - FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Plan AI is a platform distributed under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. It operates on a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) architecture, meaning you connect your own infrastructure and third-party API providers (such as Groq, OpenAI, or Anthropic) to power the application.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Because you are running the software using your own API keys, BLUEBERRYBYTES SERVICES - FZCO does not collect, process, or store your meeting transcripts, generated tasks, or user data. All data processing happens either locally on your deployment or is sent directly to the third-party providers you configure.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

When you upload audio or desktop screen recordings, the Plan AI software securely transmits your data directly to your configured third-party AI transcription and language models (e.g., Groq API).

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the third-party API providers you choose to use with Plan AI, as they govern how your data is processed and whether it is retained for their own model training. BLUEBERRYBYTES SERVICES - FZCO has no control over these third-party providers.

4. Connected Integrations

If you connect optional integrations (such as Jira, Linear, or GitHub), Plan AI interacts directly with their APIs using the credentials you provide. Integration tokens and data synced from these services are stored within your own deployment's database. BLUEBERRYBYTES SERVICES - FZCO does not have access to these tokens or synced data.

5. Data Security

You are responsible for securing your own deployment of Plan AI, including your database, servers, and the API keys you provide to the application. We recommend using secure connection protocols (HTTPS), enforcing strict access controls, and keeping your API keys confidential.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in the open-source project or our business practices.
